Mental Meandering....
I went on strike the other day. Refused to do anything. No one noticed. Kind of took the fun out of it. Next time I will have to announce my intentions and paint some signs.
~ I can bend the top joint of my index finger and pinky on both hands. I discovered this talent during high school geography class. I am happy to show off this talent. Just don’t ask me what the capitol of Florida is.
~ I can’t flip my eyelids – but my little sister can.
~ I like vampire and werewolf movies because they are monsters that can be killed. Not that I run around with silver bullets or a wooden stake, but I *do* wear a cross….Not because I believe in vampires, but just in case...
~ I am anal/obsessive to the point of being twitchy.
~ I can do the ‘spit trick’. If you don’t know what it is, I’m not telling you. But chances are, if you come from a large family and have an older brother who is particularly gross – it has been performed on you at some time in your life.
~ I can't really cook or bake, but I work for a kitchenware company, so I feel I least have to fake it.
~ I listen to music loud…really loud…in my car and have been known to sing off key as well as make up my own lyrics.
~ I often quote lines from movies or television shows in my head.
~ I like laughing really hard. Laughing so hard that I lose my breath and make the most disgusting ‘snorting’ sound through my nose when I try and catch it.
~ I was raised a strict Catholic. But I believe in reincarnation and I believe in karma. It helps to keep me in line and stop me from being as mean as I want to be sometimes.
~ I love museums. To the point of obsession. But I hate going alone.
~ I was born in California, but prefer the Midwest (having visited California numerous times) because of the seasons.
~ I've recently cut processed starches and sugar out of my diet along with other 'bad' things.
~ I read to escape reality and hate reading to learn something or be taught a life lesson.
~ I like driving really fast. Speeding tickets are my 'going really fast' tax
